At ArtBytee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the products you received, we offer a straightforward returns policy to ensure that you can shop with confidence. Please read the following terms and conditions regarding returns and exchanges:

1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the following conditions are met:

• Items must be in new, unworn, and unused condition.
• Original packaging (boxes, bags, etc.) must be included.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Note: Custom or personalized items, sale or clearance items, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Customer Support

   • Email us at info@artbytee.com or call our customer service hotline at (260) 623-6561.
   • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Return Authorization
   Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return instructions. We recommend that you pack the item securely and include the original packing materials to avoid damage during transit.

3. Ship Your Return
   After receiving the Return Authorization Number, send the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.

4. Processing the Return
   Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify that they meet our return criteria, we will process your return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

• Refund Timeframe: Once your return is processed, please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your account.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be made to the original payment method. If you paid via credit card, the funds will appear on your statement, typically within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.

Note: The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with a prepaid return label for the damaged item and offer you the following options:

• A full refund to your original payment method.
• A replacement item sent at no additional cost.

In the case of defective or damaged items, return shipping costs will be covered by ArtBytee.

6. Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or personalized products
• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items

7. International Returns

For international orders, the return policy remains the same, but please be aware that return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method, but any customs or duties paid are non-refundable.
